Approve Minutes from Previous Meeting Secretary Motion: Jim Haendiges proposes we accept the minutes with the correction of unanimous with those present.

Finance Report Business Manager Motion: Beaudry Jones proposes that we move $5000 from the 240 benefits budget to the technology section.

Board Governance Chair
Closed Session Motion: Beaudry Jones motions we go in to closed session under Utah code 52-4-205(1) for to discuss Staffing as well as specific Board Member behavior.

No action items needed from the closed session.

Adjourn Chair Motion: Beaudry Jones motions that we adjourn the meeting.
