Approve Minutes from Previous Meeting Secretary MOTION: Beaudry Jones proposes we accept the minutes as read.

Discuss Montessori Training and Certification Requirements Chair Motion: Beaudry Jones proposes we create a position to have on staff according to the charter a full time curriculum and staff developer.

Discuss Hiring Committee Chair Motion: Kevin Groke proposes we create a temporary hiring committee for hiring the director

Motion: Kevin Groke proposes Ms. Snelson heads the temporary hiring committee

Motion: Kevin Groke proposes we create a Curriculum Committee headed by Ms. Snelson, with the Curriculum Director also as a full time member and with other appropriate members.

Annual Board Restructuring Chair Motion: Kevin Groke proposes Ms Laura Snelson be given a position on the board.

Motion: Kevin Groke proposes we invite Melodie Hardy to a position on the board.

Motion: Jim Haendiges be added as a member of the board

Motion: Beaudry Jones proposes we elect Liz Metcalf as temporary chair for 4 months with a re-vote in 4 months.

Abstain: Liz Metcalf

Adjourn Chair Motion: Kevin Groke motions that we adjourn the meeting.
