Approve Minutes from Previous Meeting Secretary MOTION: Beaudry Jones proposes we accept last month’s meeting minutes as read.

Director Motion: Beaudry Jones proposes we accept the School Parent Compact as written with the change to item four with parent responsibilities.

Finance Report

  • Monthly Finance Statement
  • Review and Approve 2019 Budget
  • Montessori Training RFPs

Business Manager Motion: Beaudry Jones proposes we accept the budget as outlined with the exception of line 3000 being changed to 30000 for submission to the state.

Motion: Beaudry Jones proposes we accept the Computer Connection of Southern Utah’s Labor bid on a month to month basis so that we can ensure our concerns and needs are met.

 Closed Session Motion: Liz Metcalf motions that we go into close session to discuss items under Utah Code 52-4-205(1), Staff concerns, Director’s formal evaluation, and the new board candidate.

Action Items:

Motion: Liz Metcalf proposes we add to the directory evaluation that the board will send out an anonymous survey to staff about the director and the business administrator before the formal evaluation.
